Within the framework of the Erasmus+ Programme, official procedures have been established and implemented to allow our students and staff to submit suggestions, requests, appeals, and complaints. Applications may be submitted either through the online form (https://forms.cloud.microsoft/r/mpEfLTVLpt ) or via an official petition delivered to the University’s Incoming Documents Unithttps://forms.cloud.microsoft/r/mpEfLTVLpt) ya da resmî dilekçe yoluyla Üniversitemiz Gelen Evrak Birimi aracılığıyla yapılabilmektedir.

All applications are reviewed by the Erasmus Commission within a maximum of ten (10) working days and are concluded on the basis of impartiality. Every submission—be it a suggestion, request, appeal, or complaint—is assessed by the Erasmus Commission in accordance with the rules set forth under the Erasmus+ Programme, the Quality Standards of the European Commission, and the implementation principles of the Turkish National Agency. Throughout the process, the principles of fairness, transparency, and impartiality are strictly observed, and applicants are provided with the necessary information regarding the status of their application.

The outcomes of applications are communicated directly to the applicant either in writing or through official correspondence via the EBYS system. All processes are conducted in line with the principle of confidentiality. Applications received, dates of evaluation, decisions taken, and feedback provided are systematically recorded through the Complaint Registry Book.

Appeals concerning the selection results must be submitted in writing within five (5) working days following the announcement of results. In order to ensure the inclusive, transparent, and equitable implementation of the Erasmus+ process, the Complaint Registry Book system has been established.
