NOTE: In accordance with the programme rules, the application evaluation process must be carried out by a commission officially appointed by the Rectorate, and the individuals assessing the applications must not have any personal ties or conflicts of interest with the applicants. In cases where academic staff serving on the Erasmus+ Commission also submit staff mobility applications during the same period, they shall not be permitted to participate as full members in the commission meetings where such applications are evaluated; instead, they will serve as substitute members.
